I was a little unsure at first and just wanted to know I’d be taken care of, but the replies came through quickly most of the time. That definitely helped me feel more at ease, even if I still appreciated a bit of extra reassurance along the way

My order showed up in a weak, flimsy box. Inside was crushed too. Just looked careless. Like no one really paid attention. Not what I expected at all. Frustrating.

My order showed up on time and almost everything was right, so I’ll give them that. The sizes I picked were correct and nothing was missing, which was good. But one item came in a totally different color than what I ordered. Am I missing something there? It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was still kind of annoying. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely check everything right away next time...

Overall, the design is clean and easy to browse, which I appreciate because I really don’t have the patience to hunt around for things online. It kind of reminds me of those simple little cafes that don’t have much decoration but somehow everything is exactly where you need it. That said, it does feel a bit plain in places, like it could use a little more personality or visual interest. Not a huge issue, just something I noticed while using it

I really liked the look of it when it first arrived, and the style was exactly what I wanted. But after just a few weeks of normal use, the stitching started coming loose and the material already looked worn, which is kind of ridiculous for the price. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I definitely expected it to last longer. Disappointing overall

I did get my refund in the end, actually, it took way longer than I expected. The money came back, so that part was fine, but the waiting around was frustrating

I ordered from islaandfraser.com the item was nice enough. Nothing terrible happened, no shopping disaster or anything dramatic like that. But for the price, I was kind of expecting a little wow moment when it arrived, and it didn’t quite deliver. The quality is decent, definitely not bad, but it just didn’t feel like amazing value for the money. I’d probably consider buying again, but only if there was a sale involved

The return, took ages and it was frustrating. Support didn’t reply at first either, only after I chased them twice did I finally hear back.

I do like some of the pieces on islaandfraser, and a few of them are really cute. But the prices felt a bit too high for what you actually get. After I placed my order, I ended up seeing similar items for less on other sites, which was annoying. It’s not a terrible shop or anything, I just really don’t think it’s worth the money.

I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting super tight around the waist and oddly loose in the shoulders. Come on now, how does that even happen? The size chart wasn’t much help either. The item itself is nice enough, but it’s annoying to have to return it and basically guess what size to try next.

Didn’t match the photos. Size felt off. Finish wasn’t the same either. Some details were just missing. Disappointing. Wouldn’t buy again.

I wasn’t totally sure about ordering from islaandfraser at first since I’d never used them before, but it all turned out fine. The site was easy to figure out and I got the usual order updates along the way. Nothing felt odd or overly pushy, which I appreciated. My item showed up more or less when expected and looked like it did in the photos. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because I’d have liked a bit more delivery info before checking out, but overall I’d probably order from them again.

I ordered from islaandfraser.com and felt a little unsure after I paid because the updates weren’t as quick as I expected. I started wondering if I should’ve been more careful, especially since shipping took longer than I thought. But once it finally arrived, I was happy with it. The piece feels really well made, the finish is clean, and the edges are neat. It definitely doesn’t feel cheap, and it actually looks better in person than I expected. Taking off one star for the slower shipping and the bit of doubt I had after payment, but the craftsmanship itself is very good.

They came exactly when they said they would, which I really appreciated. My husband was home with me at the time, and we were both glad we didn’t have to sit around waiting all day

I ordered from Isla & Fraser and at first I was like, here we go, this is probably going to take forever. But then it actually showed up faster than I thought, so okay, I’ll admit it, I was pleasantly surprised. The tracking wasn’t perfect, but it updated enough for me to know what was going on. It took a few days overall, and yeah, happy with the delivery.
